When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the buyer as long as that shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions on the Site. All purchases from the Site are made under a consignment agreement. Consequently, the risk of loss and title to items purchased from the Site passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for claiming damaged or lost shipments with the carrier.
